Full Description
19th century garden features are visible on aerial photographs of the 1940s in the grounds of Branksome Dene (now known as Zetland Court), a house built for Lord and Lady Wimborne in 1840. The features consist of two areas of linear boundaries, probably delineating areas of planting, and four probable tree removal pits. (1) The features are not clearly visible on current aerial photographs. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
