Full Description
Two buildings which may have had a military function during the Second World War military buildings, are visible on aerial photographs of the 1940s to the north and south of Southbourne Coast Road. The buildings are of unclear function, but may have been associated with coastal defence. (1) The site is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
