Full Description
The New Quay in Poole was constructed at some time between 1751 and 1774 in the area to the south of Strand Street. (1) The quay is shown on the 1774 Hutchins map (2) but is not on the 1751 map of Poole which shows small jetties and inlets in this area. (3)
