Summary

House with a stone tablet inscribed ‘Motley Place’ was built in about 1800; the front is symmetrical with a central doorway recessed under a semi circular arch of two orders, the outer springing from moulded imposts; the two ground floor windows have flat arched heads and wide double hung sashes; there are similar windows to the floor above, but with the heads concealed by eaves, and a blind recess above the door way. Demolished
