Summary

Houses which were built in the late 18th and 19th centuries. Numbers 28, 36 and 38 face the street and are of three storeys with cellars and mansard attics. Numbers 28 and 36 were built first and flank a passage to a courtyard at the back. Number 38 is of generally similar form. Numbers 32 and 34, although the 19th century date, are cottages of one storey with mansard attics, in English bond brickwork, standing on the north side of the courtyard behind number 38; on the west side is a further cottage, number 30, built in the late 19th century. Demolished before 1970.
