Summary

Terrace of six cottages of two storeys and attics at the front and one storey and attic at the rear, has a tiled roof. On the south wall is a stone tablet inscribed ‘G. H. 1820’, the date of erection. Demolished before 1970.

Full Description

The individual cottages are one room wide and two deep and planned in alternating pairs with windows adjacent. At the east end is an arched passage to a garden at the rear; the latter is shown on the 1888 OS map as a communal garden divided by paths into six plots and with a pump and two pairs of privies.
