Full Description

A pair of ditches (Ditches 109 and 11) aligned roughly NW-SE and about 4.5 m apart were discovered in Trench 1 of an evaluation by Terrain Archaeology adjacent to Hamworthy Rectory. These ditches were 0.6-0.8 m wide and up to 0.25 m deep. No datable artefacts were recovered. The fill of these ditches could suggest they are agricultural features..
