Summary

Parish Church of St Paul, built by public subscription 1830-1833. The chancel and west end of the nave were rebuilt in 1880. Demolished in 1963.

Full Description

The Parish Church of St Paul was built by public subscription under an Act of Parliament of 1830 and consecrated in 1833. It was brick with stucco dressings and a slate covered roof. The chancel and north west end of the nave were rebuilt in 1880 in a gothic style by G R Crickmay. (1)
