'Old Quarry' marked on Ordnance Survey 25-inch map epoch 1 (1885-8). This quarry is also visible on the Ordnance Survey 25-inch epoch 2 (1900-1) and epoch 3 maps, which clearly show it had largely been infilled by the 1930s.
