'Unless otherwise described the following monuments are of the second half of the eighteenth century and of two storeys ; the walls are of rubble and the roofs are thatched… (17) Lower Duncliffe Farm (82782352), house, has a slated roof. The N. front is of rubble ; the S. elevation is partly of brick, with a rubble plinth.'
