‘(354) OAKLEY FARM (020986) is a symmetrical farm group of the mid 19th century. Flanking the entrance to the farmyard are two buildings, each designed as a pair of labourers' cottages, of two storeys with yellow brick walls and slate-covered roofs. The cottages adjacent to the entrance are set forward as semi-octagonal bays. Windows have brick mullions, lights with four-centred heads and square frames, with moulded labels or string-courses above those in the lower storey.’
