Full Description

'Except where otherwise described, the following are two-storied 18th-century houses with rubble walls and with roofs that are either thatched or covered with modern materials. … (16) Cottage (71491499), 250 yds. S. of the church, is single-storied with dormer-windowed attics and is perhaps of the late 17th century. A ground-floor room has a four-panel ceiling with intersecting chamfered beams, and an open fireplace with a chamfered bressummer.' {1}
