Listed Building record MDO27086 - The Thatched Cottage, Green Lane, Ashmore

Single storey cottage with attic. Thought to be of 17th-century date with an addition at the western end which is probably 18th century. The building has walls of rubble and flint and the roof is thatched and gabled. The 18th century addition has brick walls.

(6) COTTAGE (91331777), of one storey with an attic, with walls of flint and rubble and with a thatched roof, is of the 17th century and has a class S plan. Inside, a chamfered beam with ogee stops is exposed. An addition with brick walls probably is of the early 18th century.
