'A' An elongated mound 20.0 m NW-SE, 17.0 m NE-SW, and 0.7 m high. No visible ditch. Sited on the edge of a field system probably a bowl barrow.

'B' No trace of this barrow was found. There has been no excessive destruction by ploughing. Possibly a part of a lynchet which occurs in the area. <4>

The mound ('B') noted in 1955 can no longer be positively identified.

This part of Ellston Hill has now been brought under cultivation and in area ST 637017 ploughing has apparently
merged any former barrow(s) into the natural, and here rather steep, hill slope. No barrow is visible on OS AP. (a). Detail cancelled on 1:2500. <6>

Site not visited but OS state that nothing survives of this mound and that the area is now ploughed. (9)
