Rubble and stone slated. N. and S. gables and chimneys. 2s. Wood framed casements. C.17. Much modernised. <2>

Graston House is a two storey 17th century building which has been extensively altered. <3>

"The house and buildings are known as Graston and not Graston House" <4.1>. It is built of stone with a roof of stone slates. The windows are modern and there is no visible evidence of antiquity. <4>
