Full Description
Possible site of a World War II type 26 pillbox located at Seventeen Acre Point and visible as an extant structure on aerial photographs taken in 1942. {1}. It is situated within the Abbotsbury Defence which was defended by the 6th Battalion Durham Light Infantry. The site was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
