Full Description
A small square structure is visible on on aerial photographs taken in 1948 {1} at Horsepool Farm. It is potentially the site of a World War II type 26 pillbox. It is situated within the Abbotsbury Defence which was defended by the 6th Battalion Durham Light Infantry. The site was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
