Full Description

Roman flue tile and pottery in the Dorset County Museum, in a box with Bronze Age pottery given to the museum in 1932 and thought to have been found some time before 1928 when the house Langford Gate was built.

'… the box of sherds includes a fragment of Roman flue-tile and a small sherd of smoothed black ware probably of the same period.'
