Full Description

A single banked linear feature, probably a field boundary or lynchet is visible as low earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photographs {1} to the south-east of Merry Hill Barn. The feature may be of medieval date although an earlier origin cannot be ruled out. It was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
