Full Description
A circular mound surrounded by an outer ditch is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs {1} and was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project. It measures approximately 10m in diameter, with an outer ditch around 0.8m wide. The date and function of this feature are uncertain; it is possible that it is the plough-levelled remains of a Bronze Age bowl barrow.
