A mound, 14.8m in diameter, is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs {1} and was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project. The date and function of this feature are uncertain; it is possibly the plough-levelled remains of a Bronze Age barrow.
