Full Description
A curviinear bank is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs. The feature appears to respect the modern field pattern and is considered likely to be a field boundary or trackway of medieval or later date. It was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
Detected in the Winterbourne Abbas Corridor Geophysical Suvey in 2017 (EDO7852) as a bank crossing the corridor in field 392B. It was described as lacking a magnetic expression, like many other features surveyed.
