Small-scale post medieval quarrying is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and LiDAR imagery at Bincombe.{1-2}. The features lie to the north of the chalk pit described in MDO23347 and were digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
