The remains of a ditched enclosure, at least 47m x 51m, are visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs. Its date and function are unclear although it is possibly contemporary with the extensive later Iron Age/Roman settlement described in MDO24904.

The remains of a ditched enclosure, at least 47m x 51m, is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs {1}. Its date and function are unclear although it is possibly contemporary with the extensive later Iron Age/Roman settlement described in MDO24904. It was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
