Full Description

Site of a double ditched Bronze Age bowl barrow visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs {1}, the mound measuring approximately 14.8 metres in diameter, surrounded by a ditch around 0.5 meters wide. The outer ditch measures 0.7m in width and has a diameter of approximately 21 meters. This site was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
