Full Description
A large sub-rectangular hollow, measuring 28 x 48 meters, is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs {1}. It is considered likely to be the site of a post medieval extractive pit. This feature was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project
