Full Description

A medieval strip field system is visible as low earthworks on aerial photographs to the north of Upton Fort {1}. The features are probably associated with the medieval settlement at Ringstead (MDO1813), they were digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
