Full Description
A series of post medieval extractive pits and quarries lie along crest of the southern slope of White Hill. They are partially marked on the OS map and are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs {1-2}. The features were digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
