Full Description

Two hollows are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs {1}. They are likely to be post medieval extracive pits although the south-eastern of the two is very circular in shape and may alternatively be the site of a WWII bomb crater. The features were digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
