A circular feature about seven metres in diameter visible as earthworks on aerial photographs, interpreted as the possible site of a later prehistoric hut circle.

Full Description

The potential site of a later prehistoric hut circle is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs {1-2}. The sub-circular banked feature is 7m across and lies within the prehistoric field system described in MDO24177. It may alternatively be spoil associated with post medieval quarrying. The site was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
