Full Description
A group of three conjoined rectilinear bank and ditched enclosures are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs to the north-west of Gorwell Farm {1-3}. They are of uncertain date and may be later Iron Age, Roman or medieval in origin. The site which is likely to be contemporary with the enclosure described in MDO24164, was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
