Full Description

A ditched field system of post medieval origin is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs to the south-east of Whatcombe House {1-2}. The system of drains continues to the east where is is marked on the OS 1:10,000 scale map. The site was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
