A mill shown on the Ordnance Survey map of 1885 on which it is described as a corn mill.

Full Description

The gutted shell of the building survives adjoining an occupied house. The leat and the spillway remain. The association with the textile industry is not certain. Mill lane is known to have served the mill and the footpath continues past mill house to bypass the spillway and the leat. <3>
