An allotment is shown at this location on the 1903 Ordnance Survey 25-inch map (1). This site is also visible on aerial photographs of Weymouth taken in 1946 (2). It was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset). It is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial images available to the project, having since been built over by modern development.
