Full Description

A grass covered bowl barrow, 23.0 metres in diameter and 1.8 metres high, with no visible ditch. <2>

A bowl barrow. Diameter 25 paces, height 6ft. <3>


(SY 7183 9442) Bowl barrow, 60ft diameter and 4 1/2 ft high on the crest of a ridge has been dug into on the top and is somewhat spread on the north side. <4>

SY 710 945 - SY 718 945. Three round barrows on Waterston Ridge, Puddletown. Scheduled. (See barrow (SY 7183 9442) above and barrows `A' and `B' of SY 79 SW 2). <5>

SY 7183 9443: No change (3): resurveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <6>

Site of a Bronze Age barrow on Waterston Ridge. The barrow is visible as an earthwork mound on aerial photographs. <7>
