Full Description
A bowl barrow. (No dimensions given). <2>
A ditchless grass covered bowl barrow, with a flat top as though it has been excavated. Diameter of the mound, 15.0 metres; height 1.3 metres. This barrow is at the junction of two lynchets, one from the north-east, the other from the south-east. Since both lynchets run into the mound they are obviously of later date than the barrow. <3>
SY 7185 9492. Bowl barrow, 49ft diameter and 3ft high and somewhat spread situated 70 yds east of Laycock Dairy Farm. <4>
SY 7185 9491. Bowl barrow, in pasture and ploughed down. Diameter 16.0m, height 0.8m, no visible ditch. Re-surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <5>
