Full Description

Fragments of a possible double-ditched curvilinear enclosure are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. It is located on the western slope of the Long Bottom valley, within an enclosed field system (MDO21648) of proable Iron Age/Romano-British origin. This feature may be contemporary with this field system or perhaps the result of previous Neolithic or Bronze Age Activity in this area. {1-2}
