Full Description

A trackway or holloway running north-south towards the summit of Penn Hill, is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs. It is flanked to the south by a medieval strip system (MDO21546) and could be contemporary with this. It also leads towards Seven Barrow Plantation (MDO388) which could suggest an earlier prehistoric origin. {1-2}
