[area centred SY 52469660] Field systems plotted from air photographs. <1>

Scattered cultivation strips on steep grass covered valley sides. Of Medieval type, irregular and badly formed except at A [centred at SY 52409651] where they form a series of pronounced parallel strip lynchets. The boundary was supplied by field survey. Air photo cover was not available. <2>

"Lynchets on S. slope 500 yds E. of the church, part of a larger system now much eroded, extend for 300 yards. [see AP. CPE/UK/2475/3165] <4>

Pronounced, parallel grass-covered Medieval strip lynchet on both sides of a valley but more pronounced and more closely set on the west side of the stream. <5>
