Full Description
Twelve pits are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs north-west of Longlands Farm. They are probably the sites of post medieval chalk pits. One appears to cut into a possible long barrow located here (MDO3284), although this could also represent antiquarian disturbance of the barrow. {1-7}
