Full Description

The probable site of an Iron Age/RB settlement complex is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (CUCAP 1971). The site comprises a polygonal enclosure (54m by 40) with an internal subdivision,a double ditched trackway, pits and fragments of field boundary. The site lies immediately to the south of the Roman road described in record MDO20550.
