Full Description
Site of the former Abbotsbury railway station on the Abbotsbury branch line is now immediately north west of 'Abbots Peace'. The station opened in 1885 and closed in 1952 <1>. A stone barn 150m further east along the line of the old track is a former goods shed.
It is not clear if a small building located immediately NW of the house 'Abbots Peace' is actually the extant station building.
