'The following monuments unless otherwise described are small houses and cottages of one storey with attics or two storeys, with walls of cob sometimes refaced in brick and with thatched roofs; they are of the late 18th or early 19th century. . . . (27) COTTAGE (940922), at Organ Ford, of brick with a tiled roof, is symmetrically designed, with central entrance and hung-sash windows.'
