‘Monuments (8–41) unless otherwise described are of two storeys with walls of rubble or cob and thatched roofs; they are of the late 18th or early 19th century. The cottages are generally built on a two-room plan with a central entrance. … (32) East Burton Dairy, house (831870), of one storey and attics and with brick walls, is of the early 19th century. Barn to W. is of the same date.’
