Summary

Redundant church. Most of present structure circa 1500. North wall rebuilt late eighteenth century, chancel partly rebuilt 1859. Walls of stone and flint banding with stone details. Churchyard contains some 19th century monuments - none of particular interest.

Full Description

Parish Church of the Holy Trinity, Turners Puddle with walls, of flint and rubble with some brickwork and ashlar dressings. The chancel, nave south porch and west tower were built circa 1500, but the church was badly damaged by a storm in 1758 and subsequently repaired, except for the north aisle which was demolished and the material reused. The top of the west tower was rebuilt in circa 1760 and the chancel was partly rebuilt in 1859. <2>

Former Church of the Holy Trinity. A late C12th font from the church is now in Affpuddle parish church. <3>
