Summary

A detached cottage built in the early nineteenth century and consisting of a single storey with attic. The building has walls of brick and cob covered in plaster, and a thatched roof with brick chimney stack at the end. There is a single-storey lean-to of brick with a slate roof on the west, and a single-storey lean-to of weatherboard with a shingle roof on the east.
