‘An 17th or early 18th century house with attached barn. Of one storey with attics, the walls ar part brick, the roof is thatched and the chinmey stack is of brick. There is a timber lean to extension to the north of the barn, with a tiled roof, and the barn has one ledged door. There is an external projection at the junction with the house, thought to be the bread oven.’
