Summary

A water mill built in the 18th century and enlarged in the 19th century. The building has walls of brick with ironstone quoins and a slate roof. The wheel was replaced by a turbine in the 19th century.

Full Description

SY 906938. Morden Mill with brick walls and slated roof was built in the 18th century and extended and much altered in the 19th century. On the first floor are three pairs of mill stones which were originally driven by an overshot waterwheel. <2>
