Summary

Two storey house (with attached water-mill) probably built in the mid nineteenth century (although the mill may be of earlier) L-shaped plan. House has brick walls in Flemish Bond with burnt headers. Low-pitched hipped slate roof, brick end stacks. 2 storeys. C20 glazed verandah at front.
