An attached cottage built in the 17th century but with many later alterations. The building has walls partly of cob and partly of brick, and a thatched roof with a brick chimney stack.

‘The following houses unless otherwise described are of two storeys with cob walls and thatched roofs; the barns are of similar building materials. … NORTH STREET (see village plan) E side: … (21) HOUSE is of the early 17th century and consists of a range of three rooms. The chimneystack stands between two rooms and to the side of it is the entrance lobby. The house has been much altered.’
